Southwest Pasta Salad

I needed a pasta salad for a family cookout and just couldn’t make the “same old thing”. I wanted something with lots of flavor and nutrition and at the same time something everyone would love. I know everyone loves guacamole and southwest flavors, so I decided to combine them with some Dreamfields Pasta, for extra fiber plus fewer carbs and calories.
