- 3 tbsp. soy sauce

Wash and drain kangkong tops (use okra or string beans as substitutes). Sauté garlic, pepper, onion & pork until brown. Add water and simmer until meat is tender. Add kangkong and soy. Add vinegar when kangkong is cooked.
