  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 avocados, quartered and peeled

Directions

Blend eggs with lemon in a blender or food processor until it is lemon colored.

Slowly add the bubbling hot melted butter, just drip it in, using a slow speed on your blender.

Blend in the avacado& seasoning until smooth.

Chill 30 minutes.
