Directions

Blend the spices, garlic, and salt together until they begin to form a paste.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and, when it is hot, add the spice mixture. Cook on a medium heat for about 5 minutes. Make sure to stir it because it will begin to burn. As soon as it is off the heat, it is ready to serve.
