Directions

Cut beef into thin strips. In a bowl, put all the other ingredients and mix well. Add in the beef strips and let stand for 30 minutes. Thread the strips onto the bamboo skewers. Grill for 8-10 minutes, turning and basting often. Arrange beef satay on a plate. Serve hot. This recipe makes 12 servings.
