- 500 g fresh mushrooms
- 500 g chicken meat
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 large onion, finely sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce

Directions
Wash mushrooms and wipe dry. Cut in halves or quarters. Slice chicken meat into strips. In a wok or frying pan, heat oil. Fry onion and garlic until golden brown. Add chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes on high heat. Cover and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add soy sauce and salt as desired. Add the mushrooms. Cover and simmer for another 5 minutes over low heat. Then raise the heat and uncover the pan. Cook until most of the liquid has evaporated.
