- Ripe bananas - 6 medium sized (half dozen)
- Water - 2 to3 cups
- Sugar - 250 gm.
- Elaichi powder - 2 tsps
- Cashews/Badams/Raisins for garnishing.

Directions
Finely chop the bananas and keep them aside.
Heat the water and add the sugar when the water comes to a boil. Make a thick jeera.
Now remove the pan from the fire and add the chopped bananas immediately.
Also add the elaichi powder, food colour and cashews/badams/raisins.
Keep in the refrigerator for an hour or two. Serve cold.
