Directions

Melt butter in a large frying pan. Add cabbage, onion and carrots. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add in potatoes, ham, Worschestershire sauce and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
