- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped pimientos
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped nut meats
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup crumbled bleu cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Combine rice, celery, pimientos, onion, eggs, nuts, salt and pepper; toss lightly. *Blend sour cream with cheese, juice and seasoned salt.
