- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing

Directions
Combine rice, celery, tomato, green pepper, onion and cheese in large bowl. Chill.
*When ready to serve, add mayonnaise, salt and seasoned pepper; toss lightly. *Serve on lettuce leaves. Or, for a festive touch, pack salad firmly into 6-cup ring mold.
Unmold on lettuce leaves.
