- 1 Chicken, cut up into 8 -pieces
- 1/4 cup Apricot jam
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1/2 cup Coca cola
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Onion soup powder

Directions
1 Put chicken in casserole dish.
2 Put jam and ketchup in bowl.
3 Mix well with spoon.
4 Add coca cola,garlic powder,soy sauce, and onion soup mix.
5 Mix with spoon.
6 Pour mixture over chicken.
7 Cover casserole dish.
8 Bake at 350°F for 1 ½ hours.
9 Remove cover and bake chicken uncovered for another ½ hour.
10 I serve this with rice.
11 (if you are eating it with potato latkes, i would not use rice).
