1 Drain the can of salmon and flake the fish.

2 Set aside.

3 Mix together the cucumber and the cheese.

4 Spread a layer of this onto four of the bread fish shapes.

5 Top with a layer of salmon flakes.

6 Add second fish shape and decorate with cucumber slices arranged as scales.
