  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 Cups boiling water
  • 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • ½ tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 2 Cups chopped California avocado
  • ½ Cup finely chopped celery
  • ¼ Cup sliced scallions

Directions

Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.

Stir in tomato sauce, vinegar and hot pepper sauce.

Chill until thickened.

Fold in California avocado, celery and scallions.

Pour into 5-cup mold.

Chill until firm, about 4 hours. Unmold.

Garnish as desired.
