Bake potatoes till done.

Half the potatoes lengthwise and scoop out the insides carefully.

Retain skins.

Whip the potato pulp with sour cream, avocado, salt and pepper.

Fill the potato skins.

Add bits of butter on top, and bake in preheated 375 Degree oven for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
