- 1 Quick Brown Rice

- 1 cup Cooked 7 Grain Cereal
- 2 cup Soy milk
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup Wheatgerm
- 4 tbsp Canola Oil
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sea salt (optional)
- 4 tbsp Minced parsley
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Ground celery seed
- 1/2 tsp Ground sage

1 Chop the nuts fine, or run through a food grinder.
