- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1 10-1/2-ounce can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 6-ounce roll pasteurized process cheese food with garlic
- 1 8-ounce can mushroom stems and pieces
- 1 10-ounce package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 3 cups hot cooked rice
- 1 3-ounce can french fried onions

Directions
Cook onion in butter until soft but not brown. Add soup and cheese. Cook over low heat, stirring, until cheese melts. Add mushrooms with liquid, broccoli and rice. Turn into shallow casserole; top with french fried onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
