- 1 10-3/4-ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup dry sherry or chicken broth
- 1 cup drained canned tomatoes

Place chicken pieces in buttered 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with soup mix; blend soup and sherry. Pour over chicken; add tomatoes. Cover and bake at 375 degrees 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Serve over fluffy rice
