  • 6 vine-ripened tomatoes, cut into wedges

Directions

Mix the dressing,cilantro, and cumin and add to the tomatoes, black olives, green olives,jalepenos,green onions,red beans, and red onion. Marinate for one hour. Serve over salad greens and top with crushed corn tortilla chips.
