  • -Idahoan brand, or boiled
  • 2 cup -Water
  • 4 oz Roast peppers
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/3 cup Nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp Arrowroot
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Bouillon, or imit. chicken

Directions

1 Add all ingredients to a blender or food processer and blend until smooth.

2 Then add to sauce pan and heat on medium with continuous stirring until barely boiling and sauce is thick and smooth.

3 Serve imeejetly, if not sooner.

4 Great on anything on which you"d use a cheese sauce or it"s even good by itself.

5 If you reheat, first add a little water, stir, then heat.

6 : the original rcp calls for pimientos, but roast peppers give it a much better flavor.
