  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups 6 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

Directions

Combine rice, chicken, 3/4 cup cheese and onions.

Combine milk, eggs and salt in small bowl.

Pour rice mixture into greased 2-quart baking dish; top with egg mixture. Bake at 350 degrees 15 to 20 minutes. Top with remaining 3/4 cup cheese. Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
