  • 50 ml butter
  • 5 ml thyme (dried)
  • 200 grams shrimp (cleaned/deveined)
  • 100 grams mushrooms (sliced)
  • 50 ml brandy
  • 15 ml thai fish sauce

Directions

Saute onion & garlic in butter, then add the mushrooms and shrimp. Stir over high heat 2 minutes, add thyme and brandy. Ignite to flambe. Add rest of ingredients and simmer till sauce thickens. Serve with grilled fish or seafood of your choice and buttered noodles.
