Directions

Brown beef in skillet, stirring to crumble meat. Drain off excess fat. Add taco seasoning mix, mixed vegetables, tomato sauce and water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Serve meat mixture in a ring of rice.
