Directions

Cook onion, green pepper and franks in skillet until vegetables are tender crisp. Stir in beans, tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and cheese. Cook until hot and bubbly. Serve over beds of fluffy rice. Garnish with corn chips, if desired.
