Directions

Combine rice, tomato, broccoli and half of bacon in large bowl.

Combine mayonnaise, milk, sugar, salt and pepper in small bowl; pour over rice mixture and toss lightly. Serve on spinach leaves; garnish with remaining half of bacon.
