Ingredients
- 250 g peas
- 10 bananas (Plantains also work well for a less sweet taste)
- 2 onions
- 2 tomatoes
- salt
- pilipili
- 3 tablespoons palm oil

soak dried peas and boil for half an hour

add the bananas and cook until tender

in a separate pan heat up the oil, add the onions and the tomatoes and fry for 5 min.

mix it with the peas and the bananas
