Ingredients

  • 500 g [1 lb] chestnut flour
  • 150 g [5 oz] pine nuts
  • 100 g [3 1 oz] sultanas
  • 10 g [1/2 oz] butter
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • salt

Directions

Mix the flour with a little warm water and the oil;

Add the sultanas, pine nuts, 1 pinch salt and the sugar and combine well.

Roll out to 1 cm [1/2 in] thick and place on a baking tray [cookie sheet] greased with the butter;

Bake at 180oC [350oF / Gas 4] for about 30 minutes.
