Ingredients
- 1 chicken (about 3 lbs)
- A pinch of oregano
- Salt
- For the wasakaka
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 small onion
- 1/4 teaspoons of mashed garlic
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Directions
Sprinkle chicken with salt and oregano. Bake at medium temperature for 40 minutes. Turn oven at high heat the last five minutes.
Chicken should be dark golden.
Blend the ingredients for the wasakaka until they are well mixed. Adjust salt to taste. Serve with boiled yuca (cassava).
