Ingredients
- 1/2 head of cabbage cut into fine strips
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 large green bell pepper cut into small cubes
- 4 plum tomatoes cut into small cubes
- 1 large onion sliced finely
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon of mashed garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice or vinegar

Directions

Heat oil in a pot.

Sautee the onions, add the pepper, tomatoes, garlic and vinegar.

Add the cabbage and simmer over very low heat until the cabbage is tender.

Add tablespoons of water if it looks like it may need it.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
