- Garlic
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Small Tomato (or 2 tbs tomato paste)
- 1 tsp Piment
- 1 1/2 cups Collard Greens
- Fish or fish sauce
- 1 Bullion cube
- 2 cups water
Directions

Saute the onions, piment, garlic and tomato paste in oil for a few minutes.

Add water, and bullion cube and fish sauce.

Simmer for 15 minutes.

Add collard greens and cook for 5 more minutes.
