Ingredients
- 1/2 kg ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 egg
- 1 large can (310g) tomato paste
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sweet basil
Directions

Combine the above ingredients and form into 1" size meatballs. Brown in skillet and drain off excess fat.

Simmer (covered) for about 15 minutes to allow the flavor to blend. Delicious over rice or noodles.
