- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 sachet sucre vanilliné
- 1 sachet levure chimique (baking powder)
- 3 cups Quaker oats
- 2 to 2+1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cream butter and sugars.

Add eggs, one at a time.

Into a separate bowl, sift flour with salt and levure chimique.

Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture.
