  • 1 lb. red beets
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Cup sour cream
  • 4 Cup buttermilk
  • 2 scallions
  • Pinch of fresh dill
  • Salt

1. Cook whole beets; cool.

2. Peel and grate beets coarsely.
