Ingredients
- 10 red chillies,
- 6 cloves garlic chopped,
- 1 onion chopped,
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup,
- 1/2 teaspoon soya sauce,
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar,
- 1 tablespoon oil
Directions
Remove the seeds from the chillies.
Soak them in lukewarm water for half an hour.
Put all the ingredients in a mixer and grind to a fine paste.
If required, add a little water.
This dip tastes even better if ground using a traditional mortar and pestle.
