Directions

Hard boil the eggs and let cool. Shell and cut them in two lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place in a bowl. Mix with the oil poured drop by drop.

Add the fish paste and mix. Then add the mustard. Fill the whites and arrange on a plate. On each egg half place half an olive cut to make a flower.

Decorate the plate with some lettuce leaves.
