Ingredients

- 1 onion,
- 2 carrots,
- 1 celery root,
- 1 parsley root,
- 2 potatoes,
- 2 green peppers,
- 1 piece cabbage,
- 1 big tomato,
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley,
- 1 tablespoon butter,
- 1 teaspoon flour,
- salt
Directions
Boil the vegetables in salt water, at low heat, for one and a half hours. Sieve.
Fry the butter with the flour in a pan and pour the sieved soup on top, stirring continuously.
Let boil for a minute or two longer and then add the chopped parsley.
