  • Sausage mixture (500g)
  • Sour cabbage (1kg)

Begin by peeling the potatoes, cutting them into cubes and then boiling them in salted water, until tender. Meanwhile, fry the onions in the oil, and add 2 tablespoons of sugar to caramelize them. Then add the pepper, salt, a little cumin, and the 5 or 6 juniper berries. Add the cabbage and then simmer, until tender.
