Ingredients

  • 1 medium-size fish
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups coarsely grated green pawpaw
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, if desired
  • 1 cup coconut cream (from 1 coconut)

Directions

1. Clean Fish and cut into pieces.

2. Bring water to the boil, add salt and fish, then boil for ten minutes. remove bones.

3. Add grated pawpaw and soy sauce, then cook until tender. (about 10 minutes)

4. Add coconut, stir once and remove fron heat.

5. Serve hot.
