Ingredients

  • 1 lb pumpkin (diced) 450g
  • 1 large onion (sliced)
  • 4-6 cups water
  • 1 stalk celery (chopped)
  • 1 large firm tomato (diced)
  • 2 potatoes (diced)
  • 2 tblsps flour and 2 tbsps water for thickening

Directions

Collect all ingredients and equipment.

In saucepan put all seasonings and vegetables except tomato in water.

Boil for 20 minutes.

Add tomatoes. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Thicken more if desired. Serve hot.
