Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. yellow prepared mustard
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1/4 c. light brown sugar
  • 1 c. cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 4-5 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. butter

Directions

Combine all ingredients except soy sauce and butter in saucepan and simmer 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

Stir in soy sauce and butter.

May be used as a basting sauce for barbecue meat or as a condiment when serving grilled pork, beef or chicken.
