Heat oven to 375 F.

Beat eggs cream and milk together in a mixing bowl. Add in the meat or cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Put this mixture in the pie shell and bake it until it is fluffy and light brown on the top. Bake for about 30 – 40 minutes.

Let the quiche cool before serving.
