Ingredients

  • Sweet rice powder 4 cups (450 grams. )
  • Brown sugar 2 cups
  • Water 2 1/3 cups
  • Oil two tb sp

Directions

Add brown sugar in water and heat up till sugar is melted. Place aside till it’s cool.

In a large bowl, put rice powder, oil and the brown sugar water together and mix well

Place in a pie square baking dish or in a right size container then put in the rice cooker. Make sure that the container is not to be filled to fullest because the content will expand while being steamed

Steam for 2 hours
