- 6 medium potatoes
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 1 lbs Kolbasz (Hungarian sausage)
- 350 grams sour cream
- salt to taste

1.Cook the potatoes for about twenty five minutes.

2.Peel the potatoes and the eggs.

3.Slice eggs, potatoes and kolbasz into thick slices and arrange in alternating layers of potatoes, eggs then kolbasz, with sour cream on the top.

4.Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for about 35 minutes or until they turn a light brown.
