  • Tonic water
  • 1 1/2 oz. gin
  • 1 lemon or lime wedge
  • ice

Directions

1.First, take the wedge of lime (or lemon, lime is preferable) and squeeze gently while running round the rim of the glass then drop in the bottom.

2.Add plenty of ice, about 2/3 filling your glass.

3.Pour the Gin first, then fill the glass to the top with tonic.
