Ingredients
- I pound white onions
- 2 ounces soya flour
- 2 ounces vegetarian cheese. I used Shropshire Blue but other cheeses work
- 1 desertspoon flour
- 1 soup cube (Salt can be sutstituted)
- About 2 pints water
- Pepper cumin powder green cardamom to taste
Directions
1. Boil water. Add flour well before the water boils.
2. Add soya flour
3. Cut up onions add them when the liquid is boiling bring back to the boil
4. Add cheese broken up
5. Blend everything
6. Bring back to the boil and continue cooking if necessary
8. I added lemon juice. It improved the flavour but curdled everything.
