Close Lid, Bring to High Pressure ThenLower Heat on Stove And Cook For 12 Minutes. Remove From Heat AndRelease Using Cold water or Automatic Pressure Release According ToManufacturer's Directions. salt And pepper to Taste. Let CoolSlightly.
