Ingredients

  • 12 Green or red peppers
  • 3 Cups vinegar
  • 1 Cup salad oil
  • 1 Tablespoon salt
  • 1 Cup pickling onions, peeled

Directions

Wash peppers then remove seeds and centers and cut into serving pieces.

Bring vinegar, oil and salt to a boil.

Add a few peppers and onions at a time turning in boiling liquid until peppers change color.

Cool and store in refrigerator until ready to use.
