Ingredients
- 1 Large cabbage, chopped fine
- ½ green pepper
- 1 White Onion
- 1 Small jar pimiento
- 1 Tablespoon mustard seed
- 1 Tablespoon salt
- 1½ Cups vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon celery seed
- 2 Cups sugar
Directions
Combine cabbage, pepper and Onion, then set aside.
Mix together pimiento, mustard seed, salt, vinegar, celery seed and sugar.
Mix with vegetable mixture and pack into jars.
Store in refrigerator at least 24 hours.
Serve cold.
