Ingredients
- beef roast (one that will fit in crock pot--I use 3#)
- 8 oz Italian dressing
- ½ cup water
Directions

Put the thawed roast in the crockpot. Place fat side up (if there's a fat side.)

Put about ½ cup water in the bottom of the crock pot.

Pour 8 oz. Italian Dressing over the roast.

Turn crockpot onto Low setting.

Let it roast 8 hours.
