Ingredients
- 2 pounds veal cubes, shoulder / shank
- ¾ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ cup oil
- 1 x 4 oz can sliced Mushrooms, drained
- 2 small onions, thinly sliced
- 1½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon whole oregano
- 10 milliliters garlic, minced
- 30 oz can tomatoes
Directions
Mix the flour with the salt and pepper
Roll veal in seasoned flour and fry in oil until brown.
Put in crockpot with the rest of ihe ingredients, stir.
Cook on high for 1 hour, then on low for 6 – 8 hours.
Serve Over rice or fettuccine.
