- 1 (16oz) bag coconut

- 3 lbs confectioners' sugar

Thoroughly mix potato, coconut, salt and vanilla.

Gradually add sugar and mix until thoroughly blended.

Shape into eggs on cookie sheet and let ripen overnight.
